COMPACTING DEPARTMENT:
The Compacting Department consists of a Ferraro SPA model FV 1500 machine imported from Italy and Tube Tex machine imported from USA with the production capacity of over 15 Tones PER Day.
EMBROIDERY DEPARTMENT:
The Embroidery Department consists of Two TAJIMA imported machines from Japan, with the capacity of 2000-3000 Pcs PER Day depending on the designs.
1) 9 Colour 20 Head TAJIMA
2) 9 Colour 16 Head TAJIMA with Sequins
SAMPLING DEPARTMENT:
Our specialized section meets the needs of sampling requirements well in time. In our own premises all the processing is done. Hence designs are protected. Sample requirements can be met with in 15 to 25 days of receipt.
QUALITY CONTROL:
The Quality Control department is manned by well-qualified personnel, who inspect production at every level. It is equipped with Testing Laboratory, which carries out various Quality measuring tests to confirm, whether the Product is meeting the required standard.
MANUFACTURING UNIT:
We have established our production unit with fully imported machines and well equipped group of skilled personnel.
CUTTING SECTION:
This section is fully equipped by skilled labours having capacity of 2000 to 3000 Pcs per day depending on the styles.
STITCHING SECTION:
This section is having 40 fully imported sewing machines with capacity of 2000 to 3000 Pcs per day depending on styles.
FINISHING SECTION:
This section is having checking and packing skilled labours with vacuum Steam ironing Tables with capacity of 2000 Pcs per day.
DELIVERY:
The Company is backed up with all facilities and hence delivery schedules are met with in 45 to 90 days from the receipt of order with Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight.
