Valintino Textiles was established in 1990 to introduce high quality pashmina products. The company came into existence under the creative entrepreneurial guidance of its Managing Director, Sh. S.B. Sharma who possesses specialized knowledge and the experience .
The Sharma Group has over the past decade-and-a-half, changed more than ever before in its long and illustrious history. Rejuvenating existing businesses, entering new ones, manufacturing breakthrough products and expanding into foreign markets are among the initiatives the Group has undertaken with vigour during this period.
Mr. B. M. Sharma, chairman and his team, would guide the Group as it faced a host of challenges in a fast-changing business environment where old rules did not apply and new realities were taking hold.
Group is expecting seven new hotels in India on varios location, in which one has been already operational by the name of Shiv Vilas Resorts in Jaipur and another is near to famous ramgarh lake, Jaipur which would be completed in 2011 and rest five will be completed till 2013.
Sharma group has expanded into in real estate in Europe by the name of Sharma Real Estate based from Italy which would be aggressively involving in real estate operations.
