The company has started an integrated home textile facility. In the first phase, the sewing plant is fully operational with an initial capacity of 3000 bed sets per day to be expanded to 18000 bed sets per day over the next 15 months. Work on the weaving, dyeing and printing plant is also underway and the total integration will be completed in the next 15 months. Upon completion the processing plant will have a capacity to produce 110,000 meters per day.
In the interim period, we have, on contract a state of the art weaving and processing plant with a capacity of 50,000 meters per day to take care of our high quality fabric requirements and we can offer fabric qualities from 200 tc to 1000 tc, bed sheet sets with plain, satin, dobby and jacquard weaves in bleached, dyed & printed up to 16 colours with print design repeats of 64,82 & 91 cms. Lead time for delivery is 30 to 75 days depending on quality.
We are also setting up a complete design studio with all facilities to support our customers for their new collections every season. The designers will be working closely with the customers to understand the needs and direction of the market and then work towards realizing the collection. This is a value add service to extend additional support to our customers.
