Conforming to grades falling under various Indian Standards and International standards such as I. S., I. R. S. (Indian) , BSS (British) , DIN (German) , GOST (Russian) , AISI / SAE / ASTM (American) , AFNOR (French) , CSN (Czechoslovakian) , JIS (Japanese) , UNI (Italian) , Bchler (Austrian) , as well as our customer's own specification.
Physical Condition
As per our customer's requirement the product are supplied in following conditions:
1. Forged or rolled
2. Annealed or heat treated
3. Black or machined
Quality Control
The Bars are inspected and tested for the following:
1. Chemical Composition: Random samples are tested at an outside laboratory.
2. Surface Inspection for brightness and defects.
3. Mechanical Tests are done on random samples drawn from each lot for conformance to specific standards.
Machines Used
1. Bar & coil pickling.
2. Draw bench
3. Bull block for coil drawing / rolling on a turk head.
4. Bar peeling / turning machine.
5. Centreless grinding machines.
6. Straightening / polishing machines for profile straightening.
7. Section straightening machine for profile straightening.
8. Section grinding / belt polishing machines for profiles
9. Cutting machines (band saw, abrasive cutting, and hacksaw machines)
For perfect length & ends of finished bright bars.
