We are among the leading growers of natural vanilla in Southern part of India. We have been into vanilla plantation since 1991, by virtue of which we have acquired vast experience in cultivation and processing of vanilla beans.
Processing of the beans which is an important aspect is taken care of by professionals who have immense experience which would assure the cured beans to be of highest international standards, without any compromise to the quality. Well matured pods are only chosen from the selected South Indian farms and scientifically conditioned to obtain exotic aroma, gourmet quality & texture.
The vanilla beans are processed in Bourbon method which makes them flexible, chocolate brown in color and highly aromatic with a moisture of around 20-24% , length of 15-23 cm and vanillin content of about 2. 5-3. 2%
