Transformer
We Manufacture World Class Star Rated transformers to help the Universe and its inhabitants to save the world from Global Warming. We take utmost care in the manufacturing process and use best quality Raw Material for its longevity. We have committed, dynamic & efficient work force in the factory whose contribution is very high by supplying and installing the transformer in a time bound period. The company is proud of its dedicated workforce.
WE produce, Indoor Transformers, Traction Transformer for Railway, Furnace transformer, Transformer with OLTC, AVR, RTCC, Dry Type Ventilated Transformer, Dry Type Cast Resin Transformer, Corrugated Transformers. We at AEC, use superior winding material copper coils as conductors for better efficiency, output & higher conductivity. Cooling ducts are provided to keep the hot spot temperature as low as possible. Coils are dried in Electric oven before winding takes place. Rigid connection support and coil clamping is provided to ensure high short circuit strength. All Transformers are manufactured through our Strong quality control process & inspection by expert Engineers.
We Manufacture Energy efficient, Cost effective power and Distribution Transformers which reduces lose & save energy.We use copper as winding material for its higher tensile strength to withstand short circuit faults.
Range of Cables Manufactured by us are, AAAC & ACSR conductors of all Sizes, Over head AB Cables in various specification & sizes, All types of PVC insulated cables, XLPE AB Cables in various specification & sizes, Stay wire, Service wire of 1.5 mm to 10 mm, Domestic House wire sizes 0.5 mm and above, bare fine wire of 0.7 mm & above, Transformer DPC strip, Round wire DPC size 2.5 mm to 7.6 mm, Super enamel wire size 2.5 mm to 0.7 mm.
The XLPE insulated cables has excellent dielectric properties, non-hygroscopic & higher operating temperature.
