KNITTING UNIT:
Inspired by its success in textile trading. Jo group started producing knitted fabrics in 1998. The production capacity is 400tons of knitted fabric / month. The unit has latest ultra-modern machines like mayer & cie, juin long, terrot, pai lung, king knit & lkm. We are producing all types of knitted fabrics, but the major production is Single Jersey Fabrics with / without Blends even with SPANDEX mix.
DYEING UNIT:
The production capacity of our plant is 800tons fabric / month. Quality IS OUR MOTO. Our Lab is equipped with Computer colour Matching System from DATA COLOUR. It is one of the best colour matching system in the industry today. Our plant is the latest processing plant in Indonesia. It has latest technology processing machines, All the machines are new and manufactured in the year 2006.
TEXTURISING UNIT:
This unit is started in 2004. It is a manufacturing Unit of Polyester Textured Yarn (DTY YARNS) . It has latest hi tech machines from Germany for meeting stringent quality norms required by International markets. It is producing all kinds of DTY yarns. It has a production capacity of 300 tons / month of DTY yarns. This ALL YARN IS USED FOR OUR INHOUSE CONSUMPTION.
