AVA as a faith-based, quasi non-profit company, has dedicated 17 years to developing and manufacturing needles and syringes and has come a long way from its beginning to certainly guarantee a permanent high standard of quality. The plant covers almost 130,000 m2, incorporating a building area of 13,000 m2. The site houses a 6,000 m2 state-of-the-art clean-room, according to ISO 14644 standards, including some of the most advanced technology in the industry.
Numerous efforts have been done by AVA to enhance the efficiency of products while high principles are implemented throughout the organization over the last years. We have benefitted significantly from the results, both to the company and our customers. Consistent monitoring in production line with GMP and ISO 13485 as well as continual investment in human resources, training and technology, has enabled us to provide an increasingly wide range of high quality products in the region.
Our range includes luerlock and insulin syringes as well as biopsy punches and needles from 14G to 32G for injection, vaccination, angiography, mesotherapy, dermal filling, dental, ophthalmic and endoscopic applications. OEM product solutions such as production of stainless steel tubes, cannulas and bulk needles, are also part of our services.
Meanwhile an orientation toward development of new products to fulfill customer's needs in a more sustainable way is taken during recent years. The following years will see our most accelerating growth to provide you a much more comprehensive range of products.

A TO Z PRODUCTION PROCESS
Among not many manufacturers of medical needles all around the world, we are using stainless steel medical tubes and cannulas, manufactured by us. So, this let us supply work-in-process customers who outsource stainless steel medical tubes and cannulas for their self-produced finished needles. AVA, as a manufacturer with the entire production process of needles under one roof, accompanies other manufacturers through the whole process of development which includes not only the finished or bulk medical disposables.

OEM SUPPLY
Our OEM relationships extend to over 17 years, assuring continuity and constancy. At its inception, AVA, as the one and only manufacturer of needles in the region, devoted exclusively to meeting the needs of OEM clients including the whole of domestic and some of regional and international syringe manufacturers with its bulk hypodermic and mesotherapy needles. The development continued over the years and has since grown into a unique manufacturer that provides not only needles but also a wide range of disposable medical equipment. Almost anything you see in our product line can be turned into an OEM unit.

PRIVATE LABEL SERVICES
If you need your own brand, we can make it happen. Offering the manufacturing capacity of a large firm with the responsiveness of a smaller provider, you can trust AVA to provide your private label development and production solution. The quality of your company's image is only surpassed by the quality of the products we can provide you and your customers. Our artwork division will help you develop unique packaging graphics and custom company logos which are available in multi-colour labels. At your request we can provide secondary services including but not limited to assembly and single piece packaging.
