In 2004 and is located at (EASTP) East Azarbaijan Science and Techlology Park (Tabriz - Iran) For the purpose of high technology, optics and heavy industries development in I. R. IRAN.
We are very glad to introduce ourselves as one of the biggest and leader suppliers and manufacturers of Agricultural machinery (Tractor, Tiller, Trailer,... ) parts, Industrial machinery (Loader, Back hoe, Front loader,... ) parts, Truck and Automotive parts in IRAN.
We have capacity of manufacturing custom or standard Cold Forging and Hot Forging parts (Covering 0.05 to 200 Kgs. ) and Foundry parts (Covering 0.1 to 300 Kgs. ) that about %70 of our Foundry products containing Motor Blocks being used by Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company(ITMCO).
We are also manufacturing defferent kinds of Diesel motors for defferent applications under license of Perkins company.
Our technology department committed from exprienced engineers and designers, using latest CAD/CAM/CAE and Rapid Prototyping (SLA, SLS) technologies and FEA softwares, ensures our high quality final products.
We have our own advanced Heat Treatment workshop and our Machining and Toolmaking workshopes with using latest CNC machinery in Turning, Milling, Grinding,... Operated by our experienced and educated technicians, offering high quality Dies, Tools and products with reasonable prices.
Also our quality control department uses advanced inspection and Q. C instruments to test our products to meet all relevant quality standards. This department also have a section for drawing and material composition analysis. This department also offers calibration services for industries. This means that our Forging and Foundry customers can rely on high quality products.
We have passed ISO 9000, ISO 9002, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949-2002, QS9000, OHSAS 18001 standards and in the meantime we are proud of supplying parts for some of the most famous Motor and Automotive manufacturers in Europe (Germany, Italy, France), America (Venezuela, Brasil) and other worldwid.
