STONE PRODUCTION
Iran is internationally known for the quality of its raw marbles and travertine. It is a world leader in terms of quality of material and variation in hue and brightness. Mantle had always recognized the excellence of Iran's world class Marble and Travertine.
In 2003, after several years of research, Mantle established a stone factory to alleviate some of the risk associated with rail and highway construction. Mantle is now ready to take advantage of the quality of this raw material, and enhance the manufacturing process by bringing joining forces with high-tech factory from Italy.
FACTORY
Our medium to large-sized stone production factory consists of five block cutters and two very sophisticated polishing lines. Our two laser control sorting lines with a tolerance of 0. 3 millimeters guarantee product quality. All our products are controlled for polishing quality. The factory is fully automated with machinery imported from Italy, a world leader in stone production machinery.
FACTORY LOCATION
Our factory is conveniently located 120 kilometers from Tehran on a 40, 000-square meter property. It is easily accessible by the major national Tehran-Qom Expressway, and surrounded by major freeways, highways, truck ways and railroads. The international port of Bandar-Abbas is only 15 hours away by rail.
