THE CELLAR:
The wine-cellar where wines born have got the most advanced technology for wine-making processes, through the soft-pressing, the cryo-conditioned maceration and vinificate rigorously in stainless steel tanks. The whole productive process, until to the automatic bottling and packaging happens onto the plant in Santa Ninfa, province of Trapani, western Sicily, Italy. But high technology would be insufficient if it was not linked to the experience of growers, oenologists and
wine-cellar operators that put on every cluster of grape their high careers, a natural consequence of an ancient culture that has got a strength bond with the vineyard in this land.
