Traditionally dedicated to produce Stamped Parts , Electrical Contacts, Wacher and other ,Simmca is also able to follow every single project in each step, starting from:
Fast prototyping, few pieces manufacture without the aid of any tool.
Designing and production of tool of shearing, drawing, bending, threading.
Production of any kind of metal stamped parts and insulators.
Assembling of any components, either of our production or provided from our customers.
Supported by an ISO 9001 Certified Quality System, Simmca can ensure an even better full service, starting from the first draft till to the scale production.
Raw materials usually used: Brass, Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, Iron, Phosphorous Bronze, Cellulose Fiber, Vulcanized Cellulose Fiber, Glass Fiber.
All the above metallic materials can be provided: Raw, Coppered, Tinned, Gilded, Silvered, Nickel Coated, Zinc Coated, Hardened, Mechanical Galvanizing.
We are also able to try new treatment and raw material.
