Our service consist in the distribuition of olive oil.
We can count on a small personal production of oil, and in addition we locally buy olive and the treatment is following traditional old style and regulation.
The olive are melded by cold system (Stone) and pressed by hidraulic press.
No chemical additive are used, after the press procedure the next step is the separation from water.
The press do not work over 200 K / cmsq. So, the oil is what come out from the first squezing, everything come out over this pressure it is used for other purpose.
As you understand we are not a big company; we are a small company, all the family is working, seriously and without any trick.
Actually we furnish various restaurant but this work is very dispersive so we want reduce the rapresentation and increase the selling maybe with only few customer.
