It's maine area of buisness is the provision of catering service with it's speciality being jerk products.In 2008 it was decided to manufacture and make aviable our signiture sauce ,a GUAVA based multi purpose jerk sauce which was developed by Lloyd Sterling ,it has been in use in our establishment since 2002,and has continue to receiving numerious comendations from our customers.
It is called" MATIE SAUCE" because of it's ability to be used creatively by our chefs,and it's outstanding flavor.
Matie Sauce is manufactured at The Scientific Research Council ISO certified facility owned by the government of Jamaica.
The company is also registered with JAMPRO the export promotion organization for our island.
