1965 - Company founded by one man as a retailer of welding and stainless steel materials.
1968 - Founded as a corporation. Became a trading conglomerate in piping material as a Tsutsui Co. agent, Hitachi Metals Co. Joint and Value agent, Benex dealership, Japan Welding Rods Co. agent, Toyo Valves Co. dealership, Kitz Co. dealership, Nippon Steel Corporation Co. dealership and Asahi Organic Chemicals Co. dealership.
1974 - Became a Riken dealership, Sumikin Stainless Steel Co., eastern-central Japan dealership.
Completed joint warehouse in Nagoya.
1976 - Became eastern-central Japan agent for Endress+Hauser Co. and Niigata Loading Systems Co.
1978 - Became a JFE Steel Co. authorized pipe merchant
Created a cutting factory. Began wholesaling steel cuttings. Machine processing and screw processing.
1980 - Became joint agent for Kobayashi Industries Co.
Assembly and manufacture of DM valves (DC electric butterfly valve)
1982 - Became assembly plant for Kitz Co. automatic valves.
1983 - Completed pipe warehouse.
Became central Japan authorized merchant for high-temperature, high-pressure Rocky valves
1985 - Started trade in efficient automatic valves, energy-efficient automatic valves and general steel piping
1989 - Completed Amakoda 2 plant for production of valve parts, automatic valves (pneumatic and electronic) and machine cutting
Completed 2nd warehouse.
2000 - Spun off manufacturing division and founded Ring Mechanical Co.
Completed headquarters.
2003 - Opened Kyushu branch.
2005 - Completed 3rd warehouse.
2006 - Completed 4th warehouse.
2008 - Opened Mie branch.
Became Japan Matex Co. agent; started gasket manufacturing and processing.
Opened Tokyo branch.
