In 1995, after the privatization and reorganization of the compressor production company 'Aurida' (founded in 1959) , shareholders established 4 independent companies: 'Auridos Remontas', 'Panevezio Aurida', 'Auridos Komercija', 'Auridos Detales'.
All 4 companies belong to 'Aurida group' now.
Currently new quality management system is on process, which prospectively to be certified in 2002 in conform to ISO 9000-2000.
