Full Matrix Sdn Bhd was established on the Gold Coast Queensland in 1999 and is the only Australian Quarantine Abalone registered processor in Queensland.
The company is an Australian Family Owned business, started on the grounds of establishing a high quality and modern Abalone Processing plant catering to the needs of both the Domestic and Overseas markets.
The processing plant has been designed using the most up-to-date cleaning, cooking and canning machinery available and has been Certified as an approved Australian Quarantine premises for the processing of Fresh Abalone - Approval Number EX6938.
The Premises, Machinery and Staff of Full Matrix Sdn Bhd undergo regular audits by the Australian Quarantine & Inspection Service (AQIS) to ensure the highest standards for processing of foods is being maintained.
Full Matrix Sdn Bhd has signed agreements in place with Abalone Divers based in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia to ensure a continuity of supply of the freshest and best quality Australian Abalone meat which is delivered to our processing plant by same day airfreight services.
At Full Matrix Sdn Bhd, we physically check every piece of Abalone for quality and consistency in size and weight prior to cooking and canning; Damaged or inconsistend Abalone found not to meet our highest standards for canning is blended into our special sauce mixture.
