1) pre-production inspection: A visual check on the quality of components, material, and finished products at the beginning of production against client's specifications and / or reference sample.
2) during production inspection: A visual check on the quality of components, material, semi-finished and finished products when at least 20% -30% of the order has been completed.
3) final random inspection: It takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment.
4) loading supervision: Our inspectors will reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check product's information, quality, package when loading, supervise the whole loading process and manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.
5. ) plant evaluation
Customer may wonder before an order is placed to a new factory. It would be better to know more about the factory before they place the order. We can check the general information of the factory to save your time and cost.
