CHOVET CHEMICALS SDN BHD was established based on the former Selangor BT Research and Development Center, and is the first high-tech enterprise that is specialized in the microbial preparation. At present our company is the largest chemicals, microbial production base, especially,borax, boric Acid, potassium chloride, fertilizers, BT insecticide research, production and trade, and the leading manufacturer of the microbial preparation in Malaysia. Chovet owns the key open lab of Ministry of Agriculture and Selangor Post Doc Station. Our research achievements and products have got many national awards and enter the National Extension Program.
Several kinds of microbial products are available in CHOVET, such as Bt CS (Concentrated Suspension), Bt WP (Wettable Powder), Bt WDG (Water Dispersal Granule), Bt TP (Technical Powder), microbial plant diseases control agent, microbial fish diseases control agent, microbial feed additives, microbial preparation for water treatment, and virus insecticide.
Our products are also very popular in foreign market among Asian, American, European and African countries. CHOVET has been paying close attention to international cooperation. Entrusted by the related organizations of United Nations, our company has held the International Training Programs on Bio-control, Bt production and Application.
