The company was born out of the idea of creating some kind of homemade dried beef, wish cold be a different regional product made out of a special recipe containing Chile chipotle and diferent spices.
The company has been in the market since 1970 and it has been very succesfull at regional levels.
The saturated market and the disloyal competition of some producers made us think bigger and better. We started aiming for an internacional market. We went last march to FOODEX 2007 where we had an excelent result, we are in negotiations with some clients in Japan allready.
The product fulfills the indispensable characteristics to enter the market.
SIMPLE AND PRACTICAL. -The product comes ready to eat, does not require any refrigeration or special preservers.
RELIABLE. -The product is reliable for its process guarantees its health and properties, it does nor contain artificial or preservative ingredients, besides it counts with a shelf life of one year.
QUALITY. -The product counts with the TIF, JAPANESE AND Chinese CERTIFICATION that guarantee the quality of the raw material and the process for wich it goes through.
The capacity of production is 8 tons of dried beef per month for those foreign consumers interested in the product.
We have a graet variety of presentations in a metallic or full color package such a 20gr. 30gr. 45gr. 50gr. 100gr. 200gr.
