Enclosed, please find the analysis of the new product, HORNAZZA, that I invent, I hope it is of your interest and pleasure. I have a BS of Industrial Engineer whit minor in administration; I was the plant Manager in the investment-casting foundry, for over 20 years. Such facility manufactures precision metal parts and components for Special fluid valves and pumps, railroad power units and others. Mainly for exportation itI manage my own business servicing the aftermarket and repair shop for this type of facility. I am manufacturing this grill with my daughter and friends and I am looking for the opportunity to grow my on business. I am 55 years old, married with three daughters and a granddaughter, my wife Laura 52, Valeria 26, Ursula 20, Paula 18, and my granddaughter Renata 7 and my grandson Francisco 2. Product Overview: The HORNAZZA 2 in 1 is a portable outdoor oven and grill that can be used for camping, hunting or any outdoor activity desired. It cooks by dry heat using charcoal or lumber, allow you to cook and or grill a large variety of foods this incredible product is easy to use, lightweight and can be used for an oven-roasted flavor at any time. Outdoor enthusiasts worldwide will appreciate this product for variety of reasons. The HORNAZZA will measure approximately 63 inches long, 36 inches high and 24 inches wide. It is rectangular in shape and will appear similar to an old wooden trunk. It can be made of wood and iron or just iron, and will vary in size as desired. The HORNAZZA will use firewood or charcoal to heat up the oven and ultimately cook the food. It will also have a grill grate for barbecuing and wheels for easy transport. This new unit gives the food the ability to obtain an oven roasted flavor, tenderness and timing, and at the same time, trap the essence and juiciness of open fire flavor. The most obvious advantage of the HORNAZZA is convenience. This product simply combines a stove; oven and barbecue grill into one easy to use product. The result is delicious food, vegetables, fish, meats, birds, pastries, breads, etc. And all those foods that take place inside house, now with HORNAZZA, you will use outdoors all of these features combined make the HORNAZZA the perfect product for use everywhere. Product history: I came up with the idea; by having my family constantly pursue new flavors and combinations while barbecuing. After seeing attempts of people trying to cook outdoors by indirect fire in several places of Mexico, the idea crystallized in this product. I have worked on it, for about 4 years. I have built several prototypes since them. NOTE: The word HORNAZZA is mine, and it is the combination of two Mexican words, oven, Horno and grill, Asador. The reason for which offer you my invention, I do not have the necessary resources, for marketing.
