What means Your Solution In Mouldmaking?
For example:
- Our project engineers are involved at an early stage of a project. If possible; they combine their knowledge in injection moulding, mould construction in customers
Product design. Because costs and efficiency of a mould are already defined in the partdesign stage, customers involve IGS at the start of a project and use
Us as their early engineering partner.
- Because all moulds are manufactured by computer at our engineering department, the manufacturing carried out in our toolroom is fully automated and robotised.
Chipreader systems take care that electrode's are milled and that sparkeroding jobs are carried out automatically.
- Our Toolroom is fully temperature controlled so we can work in microns accuracy. Interchangeability on all productforming parts is guaranteed.
- We agree with our customer on cycle time and also give shotwarranty on the moulds. Also we guarantee the term of delivery of First out of Tool samples
- We have a seperate dedicated After Sales Department that runs the first trials, make optimalisation on moulds and run Cpk validation runs and validate the
Injection moulding process. This means that when moulds leave IGS, the moulds are ready for production.
Besides our own in-house injection moulding machines we also have space available, to validate moulding processes on customers injection moulding machine which are installed at IGS
- Cpk plastic part measuring is done on our in-house OGP optical measuring machine.
