5. Buyer returns contract to the Seller duly signed, sealed and stamped
6. Hard contract copies are exchange and signed.
7. Seller issues Proof of Product 5 banking days after reciving POF(Non Operative LC)
8. Seller issues 2 % Performance Bond to activate LC
9. Shipment and payment
