Utchay Okorji Associates is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers recognized and regulated by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our management team is made up of professionals who uphold our values and are driven by our vision to achieve our mission. The people who make up our team are:
Utchay .A. Okorji,The principal of the firm. He holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, and a B.Tech in Estate Management from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Best Professional Assessment price winner of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers 2006/2007. A registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He started his professional career with Ibimina Kakulu & Associates, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as a surveyor in charge of valuation and project management. His experience also includes lecturing at the Department of Estate Management, Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He specializes in Valuation, Project Management, Building Survey and Development Appraisal. He is currently a member of the Education Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. NIGERIAN

Mahmud Usman Aya,With a background in Architecture, he obtained a B.Tech in Estate Management from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He is an astute professional, an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has had working experience with Akujuru Associates, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He is a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer and specializes in Project Management/Development, Building Survey and Feasibility and Viability Studies.NIGERIAN

Berembo Harry,An Estate Surveyor holds a B.Tech in Estate Management from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He began his training with Osas and Oseji, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, and later with Emma Akpa and Co. a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He is an achiever in the area of Real Estate Agency.NIGERIAN
