Our procedures for AGO are stated below:
PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer issues LOI and Seller / Seller Mandate issues the FCO
2. Buyer signs, seals and sends FCO to the Seller along with
Bank Comfort Letter or Bank endorsed ICPO from Prime Bank.
3. Seller issues draft contract
4. Buyer signs and seals contract
5. Seller signs and seals contract and exchange hard copies by courier.
6. Seller issues on Bank to Bank Basis the Proof of Product in accordance to the Contract Details
7. Seller issues the 1. 5% non operative performance bond from a top Bank.
8. Buyer issues the fully operative documentary, revolving L/ C,
Automatically activating the Performance Bond.
9. Shipping as per agreed schedule.
