For Hollow Door Core.
Core is Masawa Wood Tropical & Fine Line water proof, White Wood is used in Framing & Filling with Poplar Wood & Sawanjna Wood, Imported Glue is used From German.
HDF Moulded Doors.
Core is HDF Moulded Skin water proof imported from Malaysia, White Wood is used in Framing & Filling with Poplar Wood & Sawanjna Wood, Imported Glue is used From German.
Our Supply Ability is for Hollow Core Doors & HDF Doors are 1000 doors per Month. Means IF U give us a small order of a 20 feet container (maximum250 doors in a 20 feet container) we can manufacture it in 20 days & on the port Karachi, Pakistan 4 days take. Total 24 days.
The wood we normally use is For Wooden Doors are as under.
White Wood both imported & Local.
Its a soft wood totally white, elegant grains & durable. Local white wood is hard than imported, elegant grains & durable.
Local Diyar.
The highest Quality with elgant grains, the smell of this wood is sweet & remain unchanged untill 100 years.
Golden Teak.
Its imported Hard Wood, beautifull grains & Durable.
Oak.
Its also imported Hard Wood, beautifull grains & Durable.
Now we want to clear one thing, these are solid wooden doors & hand made more durable & fine than machinery work, there is only a little machinery work on it. So there is a time taken in its manufacturing.
Drying of wood.
Its take 1 month of Drying for 200 doors.
Manufacturing.
Its take 45 days (these days can be minimize subject to ur demand) of
Manufacturing for 200 doors.
Means the first shipment to ur destination take 90 days for 200 doors to ur Port. The second & onward at ur port will be reach in 60 days.
Normally we make HDF Moulded Doors. These wooden Doors we make at speciall order.
