Ekal Instruments design and manufacture stainless steel instruments for diverse range of industries. Starting as surgical instruments manufacturer Ekal diversified into beauty and cosmetic tools manufacturing.
With the experience of two decades and the 200 dedicated employees Ekal is manufacturing Manicure Instruments, Manicure Sets, Cuticle Nippers, Nail Nippers, Tweezers, Nail Files, Barber Scissors, Barber Razors, Barber Accessories, Household scissors, Kitchen Scissors and Multipurpose Kitchen Scissors.
Ekal is having 4 production lines and two manufacturing facilities.
Facility no.1 is for manufacturing all kind of scissors. Facility no.1 is equipped with latest machinery for manufacturing scissors and 70 employees of Ekal work in the Facility no.1 for producing scissors.
Facility no.2 is for producing other instruments like cuticle nippers, nail nippers, tweezers, files, barber razors and accessories. 80 employees work in facility no.2 and they have diversified experience for producing a variety of instruments.
Head office of Ekal has 7 people in administration, 5 people for research and development and 30 people for packing the instruments.
Quality Control
Ekal has strict quality control policy. Each and every instrument passed through various testing procedures.
1) Individual checking of forging
2) Heat treatment checking by testing random instruments
3) Individual checking after machining
4) Random polish testing
5) 100% checking of edges/mechanism/finish by naked eye
6) 100% checking of edges, tips, blades by DIGITAL MICROSCOPE IMAGING TECHNOLOGY
7) Final Inspection during packing the instruments.
