In house facilities:
Weaving:
1. 13 nos PU sulzer shuttleless loom 130 inch wide 4 colours dobby, with tuck-in device.
2. 4 nos PU sulzer shuttleless loom 110 inch wide 4 colours dobby, with tuck-in device.
3. 2 nos jacquard sulzer ruti shuttleless loom 110 inch wide g 6100 without tuck-in device.
4. 7 nos vamatex shuttleless loom 102 inch wide 4 colours dobby, without tuck-in device.
5. section warping schlafhorst Germany.
6. sizing machine kanamaro Japan
7. warping machine kawamto Japan.
8. weaving capacity: Approximately 110 tons per month.
Twisting:
1. 2 nos two four one machines from murata.
2. capacity:120 spindles x 5 machines around 7000lbs per day
B) dyeing - complete japaness dyeing unit:
1. 6 soft flow dyeing machines
2. 2 nos 600kg
3. 1 nos 400kg
4. 2 nos 300kg
5. 2 nos 200kg
6. 7 nos round tumblers with around capacity 1.5tons/day
7. weft straightness 7 tons/day
8. countinuous tumbler from Spain anglada around 4 tons/perday.
Stitching covered area 15,000 sq/ft.
