The management has a combined experience of over 15 years and the related staff that is senior merchandiser, assistant merchandisers, senior quality controller, assistant quality controller of more than 5 years each
OBJECTIVES
To obtained the competitive price and to provide efficient and effective co-ordination for the placement and execution of orders to the entire satisfication of the buyers
ACTIVITIES
1- Placement of orders with well established and reliable factories
2- Approval of lab dips, prints, strike offs, pre-production, size & style samples
And accessories etc.
3- Follow up of the orders by way of regular, on-line inspection and pre-shipment
Random inspection based on the criteria defined by the buyers
QUALITY CONTROLLING & INSPECTION
The quality controlling and inspection are the core of our business as our main aim is to see to it that goods which are shipped confirm to buyers standards that our buyer have minimum headaches
All the initially stages of the orders covering the approvals of the fit samples, styling, sizing, fabric quality, lab dips, strike offs, accessories are diligently managed for approval by the buyers before production as aspects of the garments production are looking into to minimize stitching and finishing problems
On-line inspection are carried out throughout the production period on regular bases, reports are made, problem during production are pointed out, modified, corrected or removed
COMMUNICATION
The office is well equipped with telephone exchange system, one heavy duty fax machine, e-mail and e-fax service which again is very fast and effective
All the quality controllers are provided with mobile, and motor bikes, for fast communication and quick movement
The best of equipment is as the users and in this connection we make it to point keep our communication open all the time and that the faxes are replied within 24 hours or within 48 hours at the most.
CONCLUSION
It goes without saying that without reliable source of suppliers and strong connection very little can be achieved
Within very short period we have been able to established a very strong and dependable relationship with most of the reliable manufacturers and this is in turn assures as satisfactory execution
Our track record for shipment execution of order is 90% of total turnover
