Weaving:
Sulzer Looms Over 125 looms from 110" to 153" width
Auto Looms Over 450 looms from 35" to 120" width
Power Looms Over 700 looms from 76" to 116" width
Processing:
We process our fabric with the group having good repute, equipped with state of the art processing facility having latest In house design studio with machine CAD, DRUM PLOTER, PROCESSOR, SCANNER and Engraving with latest WAX JET machine & fully equipped with CAD CAM facility, brand new printing machine up to 118" width Fabric also dying as well bleaching and finishing on latest stenters with mahlo weft straightner the Fabric under one roof to make the Fabric acceptable to the taste of your markets consumer.
Quality control lab:
The group have complete lab system with latest instruments to control the quality of the fabric for entire satisfaction of our honorable global customers.
Stitching Unit:
Equipped with over 115 + 28 stitching machines which are successfully in operation, we are capable of manufacturing complete range of home textiles, work & wear and other made UPS items. Kitchen linen Even we can take full responsibility of our consignments till its end use or its consumer. This all due to having good command over quality & well experienced technical staff who are challenging for the best Textiles.
Achievement of excellent market share:
Group Turnover in (1999) is US $92 Million, Which becomes almost 36% of total Pakistan textile export.
