E) not mature, not stored or transmitted together with yellow

H) 4-5 hand/box = 40%
6-hand/box = 40%
7-8-9 cluster/small hand = 20%
I)the fresh banana shall be green 98% min. And yellow is 2% max.

brand buyer to allow for 10% plus/minus in number of boxes

4. beneficiary certificate certifying that condition no.3 has been complied.
Payment: By irrevocable us dollar letter of credit to be opened in an international bank(preferablycitibank) freely negotiable with any bank in the philippines with drafts drawn at sight 100% of approximate invoice value. L/c to open in a form acceptable to the seller and copy to be sent to the seller not later than october 25,2003 and to be advised by full cable as follows:
