JDSA Manufacturer is a Small Scale company which is into manufacturing Organic Atchara (Appetizer) made from unripe papaya and ampalaya or bitter gourd; and Crunchy Nuts. The Atchara (shredded papaya or bitter gourd naturally preserved in vinegar) Made from the finest fruits and vegetables found in the local and nearby areas, organic vinegar from "sasa" or Nipa Juice and spices. The Crunchy nuts are made from the finest peanuts coated with vanilla flavored sugar and spices. Both products are BFAD-approved. The manufacturing site is located at the south of Manila, Philippines, at the town of Calaca, Batangas known for the best and delicious Atchara. We have already marketed the products in different stores and food shops in Manila and nearby provinces.
