Star packaging Corp.was founded in 1990. The company, was a Board of Investment (BOI) registered firm as pioneer in the industry for manufacturing Polyethylene Terepthalate (PET) containers.
Star is one of the biggest independent producers of PET bottles in today. It's factory is situated in Barangay Ususan in Taguig w/ a facility size of about 17, 000 sq.m. lot area of over 7, 000 sq.m. STAR'S manufacturing facility is capable of producing over 5 million bottles a month and over 10 million preforms. at any time in its facility, over a million preforms and a million bottles are stored.
Currently STAR'S customers include San Pablo Manufacturing Corp. (Minola) Ram Cooking oil & Vinegar: Kawsek Inc.(Susan Baker Oil); Filipinas Palm Oil (Gold Heart) and Sm Bonus for the edible oil industry as well as Pepsi Cola and Asia Brewery w/c includes Vinland Corp. and Ram for its Vinegar Containers.
Trough It's sister company CLASSIC ORIENTAL FOOD CORPORATION w/c is situated in the same manufacturing facility is a tolling w/c tolls for Minola, Agana (COOKBEST), SM Bonus, Happy Fiesta, Vegoil, Susan Baker, Vinland (Safepack) and a multitude of other companies. It currently tolls by filling edible oil into all types of containers w/c includes HDPE, PET, PP, Tin and metal as well as SUP ( Stand up Pouches).
It's tolling facilities include 6 (six) storage facility tanks for almost 100,000 liters of edible oils as day tanks of various sizes; It has over 7 lines of filling machines that can do all sizes and shapes of bottles, be it in PET, HDPE, SUP, Tin and other containers.
