Velprint Corporation has been in the printing industry snce 1979. Over the years, It has been recognized as one the best commercial printer in its home, the Philippines. It now prints on ISO 12647-2 standards and is certified. To back-up all the skills accumulated by the company, it has a management system that is ISO 9001 certified (TUV) .
The company is also equipped with some of the industries leading brands such as Heidelberg (SM74-4, SM102-6) , Roland 704, AGFA CTP, Muller Martini Valore saddle Stitcher and Panda II perfect binder (both with in-line gathering and trimming) , Stahl folding machines. It has an in house lamination such as OPP matt and clear.
The choice for screen rule is 240 lpi (lines per inch) : sublima XM screening (hybrid AM) . This ensures that all printed jobs have high contrast and powerful images. Efi 1-bit colorproof powers the pre-press proofing system.
The latest investment is a KOMORI LS440 which is due to arrive towards the third quarter of 2007. It also gradually integrating CIP3 in its press operations. It also aims to setup its own FTP site to facilitate online transactions, proofing and project management.
Velprint operates 24 hours a day. Magazines, catalogues, brochures and calendars have been the main products of the company.
