We have the land, building and modern machinary, we have big orders, but we are short of Money to fullfill the orders.
For that we need 250.000 US to be able to respect the contracts we have.
For that reason, we need an investor. The said investment it can be recover in 2 years, and still he is a partner of profit in our company.

You may ask yourself, why we did not lend money from Banks. But here in Romania they only lend money 20% of what they evaluate. Further more the interest rate is to high.
