First in Italy and then in Romania, with short collaborations in Slovenia and Hungary, during my professional life, in different functions, I have always worked in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS).
PCBs in various technologies, coils, transformers, electronic assemblies -mechanical and complete equipment.
Working in the EMS I met and I have often negotiated with suppliers in the plastic, mechanical and packaging, with the objective of cost containment, compliance with the allocated bugget.
Accustomed to attack and to solve the problems of emergencies (not just of the production), fast changes of the production, to operate with maximum flexibility to achieve customer satisfaction. When I am under pressure I give better of myself.
The experience directly and indirectly gained, in the course of relocation that I followed, allow me to work in various fields, in various functions.
Any work experience made me grow and progress professionally.
Moderation, prudence, self-control, respect, categorical and severity in choices and decisions are some of my characteristics.
Surely I am a responsible and reliable person.
