The Angarsk refinery was commissioned in 1955 and acquired by Rosneft in May 2007. The refinery ranks among the largest Russian oil processing plants and is a major petroleum product supplier in Siberia and the Far East. We are able to export our 30% our because we export them via our own subsidiaries around the world because we do not have legal rights to do so via our mother company because it doesnt export to private individuals, but when we do this 30% export through subsidiary companies around the, product are refined by us, stored by us (refinery) and we act as the seller and we take responsible to export the product to buyer’s destination port.We do CIF in m100-75, D2, JP54, LNG, LPG etc
