PowerTek Engineering Consultants & Services, Inc., (PECS) was created in 1993 in Columbia, Missouri, to efficiently provide electrical, computer and civil engineering consulting to state, local government, industrial client's and procurement for projects outside the United States. PECS provides a full trip salesman deal for western companies in Gulf and North African region; we service international end users, manufacturers, contractors, and distributors. Some of our services include but not limited to; electrical, industrial and power system, generation industries, petrochemical, refining. Recently; we also started the Food supply department, we have resourceful and the experience to support procurements. Also to promote, serve, and create new markets for our suppliers/manufacturers products and services.

We are the representatives in Libya for PowerWare Company-USA (UPS), Advanced Control Systems (ACS) USA, VEMAT-Motors, Italy; CIRCUTOR-Spain, Natural Supplement Foods - China, Galmar - Poland (sister compant in Libya)

Our procurement services cover:


Electrical: May include but not limited to; generating, transmitting, and distributing electricity. Electrical products such circuit breakers, transformers, package substations, switchgear, conduit fittings, cables, enclosure boxes, stand-by generators, fixtures, power factor correction devices, switches, etc.

Instrumentation: Includes; measuring, controlling and manipulating different industrial process. Instrumentation products may include; meters, PQA, protective relays, tube fittings, transmitters, switches, valves, control cables, tubing.

Telecommunication: Comprise; high speed data communication, local area networks, public and private networks, digital gauges, meters, and specialty low voltage systems. Telecommunication products may include modems, routers switches, hubs, converters, etc.

Mission and Career Path:
Our career path is to grow our company to be one of the largest supplying and forign representative firm. This will be attained via promoting different products and services in North Africa, mainly Libya.
