Singapore Tool & Die Pte Ltd is a Singapore based precision Tool & Die making company since 1973. We have our full in-house manufacturing, design and fabrication facilities which enable us to fabricate precision progressive tool (up to 3.5 meter in length) and manual/robotic/transfer stage toolings. We also have the flexibility to accept customers' complete design and built according to their prints. We also provide 24 hours wire-cut and CNC machining services. We can also provide small lot (prototype) up to mass quantity production in millions parts per month both in ferrous and non-ferrous material. Our turn-around time is very short. Our current capacity for tool & die making is around 30~40 sets per month subject to complexity and requirement of customer. Our experience team of designers and toolmakers are confident of meeting your most stringent requirement. Our capabilty cover disk drive metal components, cover for X-box, mobile phones cover, consumer electronic such as DVD-R and Combi-R, Plasma, automotive and oil industry.
