Protea Hill Farm is a raspberry/granadilla farm in the winelands of Stellenbosch, South Africa and produces a variety of natural, healthy and unique Gourmet Vinegars. We try to please different taste buds with a variety of different balsamic flavours some of them you will not find anywhere in the world. All fruits/herbs are naturally farmed, that means no insecticides or pesticides are used on the plants or fruits/herbs.Furthermore no colourants, preservatives, flavour enhancers, molasses, caramelized sugar, or any chemical substances are used for the production of the balsamic vinegars. All balsamic vinegars are aged in vats till they have reached their full potential and have 6% acidity.
