Since the inception of manufacturing Rajies silcencers from a small driveway in Rylands in 1969, the aim has been to build the silencer in South Africa. Standard production silencers were dissected and studied, seams and pressings were analyzed after which reinforcements were added where necessary, to make The Rajie's Silencer last longer.
In 1986, Rajies Exhaust pioneered stainless steel exhaust, "Just one grade away from those used in supersonic jets. . . "
Internal corrosion was studied and manufacturing streamlined until Rajie's were satisfied with the best silencer money could buy. Mild incumbents soon improved to create the highest quailty silence. After extensive research the Rajie's double wrapped silencer was created.
Due to an everchanging demand, research continues up till this moment to ensure that the consumer has the best product. Our sophisticated research and development methods ensure that we stay in the forefront of modern production and product developments.
These include sophisticated rolling dynameters which measures power output and fuel consumption throughout the speed and power range of the vehicle.

A roll of flat steel in one side and a fully guaranteed exhaust out the other.
