The company is a registered close coporation that specialises in the manufacturing of various sizes Calico mining sampling bags, Hessian Woolpacks and Hessian bags(Tobaco bags) that are used packing. The company was founded in 2005 by a black lady who is an accountant by profesion, so it is a black woman owned company, and was later joined by her husband and they set up the Bag sewing manufacturing division as he saw the need in South Africa's local mining industry.
