Coal to Fuel Project in South Africa.
A technology transfer, which will convert low-value fossil fuels and Run of mine production of South African coal into clean alternative fuels, with joint ventures and start up of coal mines to supply coal for the production plant. Export of the alternative fuels to African markets.
This is a 400,000 barrel per day proposed production plant. The installed capital cost of this plant is $12 billion.
Project implementation, and Listing of the proposed company the value of:
$ 15 000 000 000.00 ($ 15 Billion)
The technology transfer partners will give a guarantee of 10% of the installed cost.
We need seed capital or venture partner to the value of $ 1 200 000.00 to start the company, funding will be used for trip to USA to sign technology transfer agreement and acquiring reverse merger NASDQ shell in USA, with enough shares to fund the project to $ 15 Billion. 14 Billion ordinary shares and 1 Billion preferential shares for IPO to repay seed capital etc
