Their size is smaller when compared with other manufacturers you are directly working with. They are proved by Korean auto makers in Korea. They have limited experience of working with foreign customers, like you.

I know it is hard for you to reach or find out and directly work with these manufacturers. There should be difficulty of communication and issues due to difference of way of working/thinking. But you are already use their products indirectly with paying additional cost.

We, CMSG, have found out and built up a tight relationship with these manufacturers. We invested and hold some share of them or we made contract to work as a team/one body. So we are not a representatives but a manufacturer!.
