With over 20 years of accumulated technological knowledge and experience of the sandwiched composition structure, we, Dae Myung Hwa Sung Co. Ltd in Korea, have dedicated ourselves entirely to the production of Aluminium composite panel, Alcotex & Alcotex FR, as a construction finish material.
Alcotex is produced under feed block roll injection system. This method is that front and backside aluminium coils are extruded together with adhesive resin and polyethelene filler(Alcotex) or non-combusitible mineral filled core(Alcotex FR).

There is a wide range of colors available for Alcotex(about 30). You can select a color either from the standard color or specify one.

- Width and Length
Our standard width is 1020mm, 1250mm, 1575mm. Special widths are available upon customer's request.
Length is no limit. Within 5,000mm is recommended for convenient delivery and handling.

- Coating and Coating thickness
Thickness is 4mm and thickness of aluminium skin is 0.5mm with PVdF(20 years quaranty).
*Front side: Aluminium roll-coate with more than 70% of PVdF. All coating meet or exceed AAMA(America Architectural Manufacturers Association) 2605-98 requirements.
*Rear side: Aluminium coated with polyester.
*PVdF: Polyvinylidien fluoride of Hylar 5000 in Ausimont USA and Kynar 500 in Elf Atochem.

Our minimum is at least 200sqm per width and color.
