2. System board
This board combines several layers of circuitry with plated through holes to form a much smaller and denser package. It will also increase the speed of the electronic signals to assist high speed applications. Material: FR-4, 16 layers, 2. 4 t 530mm x 450mm
3. Probe card
A Test Kit which tests & inspects the chips on wafers which have been completed with semiconductor processes.
- Material: Nelco (N-4000-13) 46 layer, 6. 2t 440mm x 440mm
