We operate a modern ISO approved specialized facility and have been in the business since 1994. Our engineering facility is equipped with digital 3D scanning & modeling equipment, CNC metal cutting, multi Axis CNC machine equipment. We utilize a range of modern part manufacturing processes such as high pressure plastic injection as well as low pressure urethane, fiber compound & hydro-graphic printing. All parts & processes are rigorously checked to ensure exacting standards & an original "mirror image" appearance.
Our conversion is a full steering conversion with a new dash, modified heater unit, wiring loom, wiper conversion, centralized steering wheel, re-calibrated AM radio, rear LED indicator integration & metrification of all instruments just to name of few components. We also make minor change in the engine bay to allow for faster service times.
We can offer a range of vehicles including the Chevrolet Tahoe, Silverado, Suburban, Avalanche & Camaro the GMC Sierra, Yukon & Denali the Cadillac Escalade, EXT, CTS, XLR & V Series the Hummer H2, H3 & Limousine the Chrysler 300C The Dodge Ram the Ford Mustang & Raptor. With forward quantity orders we can also tool up for other vehicle makes and models.
