The oil which is drawn has a fruity and fresh perfume, with a specific slightly prickly taste to this variety of olive, which leaves in the mouth a full and exquisite savour. It agreeably raises vegetable or salads the dishes, and can be tasted simply on a bread end.
Its oxidation resistance is guaranteed by its stability and its conservation long-duration. This olive oil is not mixed, it thus consists of only one and even variety.

It is cultivated and produced completely in the region of the Sierra Morena (Spain) .
