Every step of wheel production and design is kept in-house to ensure that we have total control. No middlemen. No outsourcing. Merit does it all. A visit to our facility will reveal the most technologically advanced equipment and when it comes to advanced casting, CNC machining and paint, it simply doesnt get better. Furthermore, our facility also has in-house sputtering facilities that are operated by skilled technicians. Coupled with diligent management systems and the most stringent QA inspections, all of our wheels are thoroughly interrogated to ensure that each and every wheel is completed in pure harmony and engineering excellence.
To ensure that each of our wheels far exceeds the competition, every wheel in the plant is guaranteed to withstand and endure the worst road conditions. All of four alloy rims are tested and certified with JWL, JWLT and VIA. Vehicle Inspection Association test standard-the Japanese highest strength test standard.
