All cutting boards/chopping boards are Food Test & Dishwasher Safe approved. Our polyethylene & polypropylene material could be added bacteriostatic properties to inhibit the growth of micro-organisms which might affect the products, as the finished product "Anti-Bacterial Cutting Board". The application is 100% consumer safe and won't wear off or wash off during the product usage.
